Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Nilai Tukar Petani Sektor Tanaman Pangan di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah

Abstrak

At present the welfare of farmers becomes the focus, because there are indications that the welfare of farmers continues to decline, which means the number of poor people is increasing. the production paid for by the same farmers. To explore the causes of the decline in farmers 'welfare, one can use the measurement of farmers' welfare, one of which is the Farmers Exchange Rates (FER). The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence the ups and downs of output and input prices, as measured through Farmers Exchange Rates (FER) in the agricultural sector of the Food Crop sub-sector in Central Celebes Province. This study uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach in order to obtain a deeper picture and information about activities in the agricultural sector of the food crops sub-sector.

                Saat ini kesejahteraan petani menjadi fokus, karena ada indikasi kesejahteraan petani terus mengalami penurunan, yang berarti jumlah penduduk miskin makin bertambah.Ditengarai penurunan kesejahteraan para petani itu karena tidak seimbangnya antara hasil jual produk tani yang dihasilkan oleh petani, saat ini tidak sebanding dengan harga input produksi yang di bayar oleh para petani yang sama. Untuk menelusuri penyebab penurunan kesejahteraan petani tersebut, dapat menggunakan penggukuran kesejahteraan petani, satu diantaranya adalah Nilai Tukar Petani (NTP). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi naik – turunnya harga ouput maupun harga input, yang terukur melalui Nilai Tukar Petani (NTP) pada sektor pertanian sub – sektor Tanaman Pangan di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif guna untuk memperoleh gambaran dan keterangan yang lebih mendalam mengenai kegiatan di sektor pertanian sub – sektor tanaman pangan.
