As a social instrument, law functions not only to regulate behavior but also as a means of social and economic engineering aimed at improving public welfare. One concrete manifestation of the law’s influence on economic development is the enactment of Law Number 5 of 1999 concerning the Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition, which serves as the legal foundation for creating a healthy and competitive business climate. This law aims to protect public interests, enhance national economic efficiency, and ensure fair business opportunities for all types of entrepreneurs. Through this regulation, the law balances the interests of business actors and the public, prevents market domination by certain groups, and promotes equitable economic distribution. The establishment of the Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU) as an independent institution strengthens the enforcement of fair competition. Thus, effective implementation of economic law contributes to sustainable, just, and constitutionally grounded economic growth in accordance with the values of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution.
adit saputra ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://jurnalbrida.sultengprov.go.id/index.php/bomba/article/view/86 Sel, 30 Des 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Pemanfaatan Kayu Eboni Untuk Penguatan Ekonomi Lokal Melalui Usaha Mikro di Mantikulore https://jurnalbrida.sultengprov.go.id/index.php/bomba/article/view/87
Ebony (Diospyros celebica) is a typical forestry commodity of Central Sulawesi, possessing both high economic and aesthetic value. However, its utilization at the local level is still limited and has not had a significant impact on improving the community's economy. This study aims to analyze the potential of ebony utilization in strengthening the local economy through the development of micro-enterprises in Mantikulore District, Palu City. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, field observations, and review of supporting documents. The results show that ebony-based micro-enterprises have significant potential for development, especially in the high-value crafts and furniture sector. The main challenges faced include limited raw materials, strict regulations regarding protected wood status, and low managerial capacity of business actors. Recommended strengthening strategies include the establishment of ebony business centers, improving entrepreneurial skills, and strengthening partnerships between the community, local government, and research institutions to encourage sustainable local economic development.
Rukhayati Umar, Kartini Mimpia ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://jurnalbrida.sultengprov.go.id/index.php/bomba/article/view/87 Sel, 30 Des 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Gambaran Perilaku Jajan dan Status Gizi Pada Remaja di SMP Negeri 1 Mamuju https://jurnalbrida.sultengprov.go.id/index.php/bomba/article/view/88
Snacking habits among school-aged adolescents can influence nutrient intake and affect their nutritional status, particularly in school environments where ready-to-eat foods high in sugar, salt, and fat are widely available. This study aimed to describe the snacking behavior and nutritional status of students at SMP Negeri 1 Mamuju, Mamuju Regency. A quantitative descriptive design was employed with a sample of 192 students from grades VII and VIII, selected using proportional random sampling based on the Slovin formula. Data were collected through structured questionnaires assessing snacking behavior, frequency of snack consumption, attention to nutritional content, and anthropometric measurements using a digital scale and microtoise to determine nutritional status via the BMI-for-age index. The results showed that most respondents had moderate snacking behavior (90.6%), while good and poor behaviors were reported in 7.3% and 2.1% of students, respectively. The majority consumed snacks at a moderate frequency (66.7%) and consumed colored snacks (75.0%), yet only 28.6% paid attention to snack nutritional content. Most students had a normal nutritional status (90.6%), with undernutrition (3.1%), overweight (5.7%), and obesity (0.5%) reported in smaller proportions. Chi-square analysis revealed no significant association between snacking behavior or snacking frequency and nutritional status (p>0.05). These findings highlight the need for nutrition education programs and healthy canteen initiatives in schools to improve healthy snacking behaviors while maintaining optimal nutritional status
Nurbaya Nurbaya, Jamilah S Jamilah S, Najdah Najdah, Yudianti Yudianti, Zaki Irwan, Muhammad Dzulifsal Al-Fath ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://jurnalbrida.sultengprov.go.id/index.php/bomba/article/view/88 Sel, 30 Des 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Gambaran Pengetahuan dan Sikap Remaja Tentang Jajanan Sehat di SMP Negeri 1 Mamuju https://jurnalbrida.sultengprov.go.id/index.php/bomba/article/view/90
Previous research has shown that 72.8% of school children’s snack samples in six major cities in Indonesia contained harmful substances. This study aimed to describe students’ knowledge and attitudes toward healthy snacks at SMP Negeri 1 Mamuju. A descriptive design was used with a total sample of 192 students selected through proportional random sampling from grades VII and VIII. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire measuring levels of knowledge and attitudes toward healthy snacks. The results showed that the majority of respondents had low knowledge (65.1%), followed by moderate knowledge (26.0%) and high knowledge (8.9%). Nevertheless, most students had a positive attitude toward healthy snacks (68.2%), followed by moderate (22.4%) and poor attitudes (9.4%). Relationship analysis revealed that all students with high knowledge also had positive attitudes, while those with low knowledge were still dominated by positive attitudes, although a considerable proportion exhibited moderate and poor attitudes. These findings indicate a gap between knowledge and attitudes, which could potentially affect the consistent application of healthy snack consumption behavior. Integrated nutrition education interventions, along with school canteen supervision and the habituation of healthy eating practices, are needed to improve knowledge while maintaining students’ positive attitudes.
Andi Nur Asmariani, Nurbaya Nurbaya, Najdah Najdah, Zaki Irwan, Muhammad Dzulifsal Al-Fath ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://jurnalbrida.sultengprov.go.id/index.php/bomba/article/view/90 Sel, 30 Des 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Artificial Intelligence Untuk Identifikasi Motif Tenun Tradisional Sulawesi Tengah https://jurnalbrida.sultengprov.go.id/index.php/bomba/article/view/93
Traditional weaving from Central Sulawesi, such as the motifs of Magau, Banua Oge/Souraja, and Tadulako, reflects deep cultural and historical values. However, the complexity of the patterns and motifs often makes manual identification challenging. This research employs an Artificial Intelligence (AI) approach using Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) to automate the identification of these motifs. The AI model is trained using a diverse dataset of woven motif images and shows significant accuracy in classifying Magau, Banua Oge/Souraja, and Tadulako motifs. This research opens up cultural preservation and innovation opportunities in woven products with modern technology. The achieved result is the evaluation of the AI model using the following metrics: accuracy, precision, recall, and the confusion matrix. The accuracy obtained for each motif reaches 90%.
Mohammad Yazdi Pusadan, Rahma Laila, Septiano Anggun Pratama ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://jurnalbrida.sultengprov.go.id/index.php/bomba/article/view/93 Sel, 30 Des 2025 00:00:00 +0000
